What kind of errands does Sendy handle?
Market shopping, grocery runs, food and package pickups, deliveries, and personal errands. If it doesn't fit a category, choose "Custom Errand" and describe it.
Can I book without the app?
Yes. The website supports the full booking, tracking and payment flow the app is just a faster, more convenient option.
Can I track my rider?
Every order has a visible status you can follow on the Track Order page, from booking through to completion.
How do I pay?
Our dispatch fee is paid by card on your tracking page. For shopping errands you pay the seller directly by transfer — we show you their account details and their bank's own name for the account, so you know exactly who you're paying. Cash on delivery is still fine for straight deliveries.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Use the Support page or call us and a real person will help sort it out including refund requests if needed.
